The (DC) option is for users operating their lift with DC power. If unsure, the most common option is AC power

Intermittent remote issues with old circuit board. Replacement was easy and the new board included adhesive to attach board to mounting box. My lift and remotes now work perfectly. My unit was built in 2007 and I was not sure the updated board was correct. Customer service was extremely helpful determining what I needed. After installing the new board, there were a few slight differences with the LED status and programming the remotes. Customer service came through again with a thorough explanation. I definitely recommend Dock Solutions and especially their outstanding customer service!
Very timely in receiving the board, to get my customer's lift back into service. I will use them in the future.

Remote control stopped working. Called and ordered a new circuit board for control box. Fast shipping and I installed new board. Now I'm up and running again. Thanks for speedy shipping and instruction on how to install. Thanks again.
The new circuit board works great. I was upgrading to add auto stop but the original board was defective. I compared the two boards & found a part missing from the original that came with the unit that I bought several years ago. Back in business. Thanks
