Great customer service!

I thought the keyboard was reasonably priced and it included free delivery. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. My control box was installed in 2013 and had an older model keypad with the ribbon cable attached at the bottom, whereas the replacement cable was attached near the top of the pad. I was able to cut a new slot through the control box door with a rotary cutting drill bit with minimal effort. The new switches then attached with no problems. However, I didn't realize that the ribbon cable was reversed of my original switches, therefore the controller was not responding. I called the service number and received very friendly and efficient help in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Then everything worked perfectly; I am very pleased. Some indication of directionality of the ribbon plus vs. the circuit board would be helpful.

Intermittent remote issues with old circuit board. Replacement was easy and the new board included adhesive to attach board to mounting box. My lift and remotes now work perfectly. My unit was built in 2007 and I was not sure the updated board was correct. Customer service was extremely helpful determining what I needed. After installing the new board, there were a few slight differences with the LED status and programming the remotes. Customer service came through again with a thorough explanation. I definitely recommend Dock Solutions and especially their outstanding customer service!
