I thought the keyboard was reasonably priced and it included free delivery. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. My control box was installed in 2013 and had an older model keypad with the ribbon cable attached at the bottom, whereas the replacement cable was attached near the top of the pad. I was able to cut a new slot through the control box door with a rotary cutting drill bit with minimal effort. The new switches then attached with no problems. However, I didn't realize that the ribbon cable was reversed of my original switches, therefore the controller was not responding. I called the service number and received very friendly and efficient help in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Then everything worked perfectly; I am very pleased. Some indication of directionality of the ribbon plus vs. the circuit board would be helpful.
